We are dedicated to the advancement of chess in Delaware. We are looking to add more tournaments to provide Delaware players a place to play. We added the Dewey Beach tournament in January 2019, and plan to have this tournament again this January. The State Championship, held in March, has been drawing larger amounts in recent years, and we have had several titled players in recent years.
